1. Plaats de modellen bij voorkeur in de style en featureset DWM BUBEKO. Deze bevatten de juiste lijnstijlen die...

Hi All, I posted a while back this was due sometime during the summer. Well its imminnent now, probably in the next couple of weeks. I'll post again when its available to download. One thing to mention is that this version WILL support AutoCAD 2011 So at MX v8i SS2 you'll be able to run MX in AutoCAD 2011, and Import, Export and Reference 2011 DWG;'s no problem (despite what you may have heard). I am looking to get my MicroStation V8i to run off my company's server and was wondering if anyone had instructions or links to information that would help me set this up. I know how to create users, projects and interfaces, but get lost when it comes to configurating the workspace to look for the information on the server. Thanks in head of time for all your help!

Hi everyone! My name is David Settlemyer, PE and I’ve been invited to be part of this group. My posts will mainly focus on issues around SITEOPS software. I joined the SITEOPS team around two years ago, after seeing the software in action. To my joy I found out that the headquarters was mere miles from where I was working. As an engineer in the business for the last 18 years, doing everything from being a company owner to working for a national...

ProjectWise Full Text Search - Separating the Wheat from the Chaff

As you may know, ProjectWise leverages the Microsoft Indexing Service to provide full text search capabilities. There are many benefits to this approach, and far too many to discuss here. However one worth mentioning is the ability to filter out words that provide no value in text searches. In other words, we will not likely ever search for all files containing small words like "we", "the", "it", etc., so why include...

STAAD.foundation V8i SELECT series 3 (Release 5.2) is now available on SELECT to download. Version 5.2 is a major update on version 5.1. This version tries to close the gap in terms of number of modules supported by different codes. The US code still supports most design modules, but adding Canadian pile cap design is the right step towards closing the gap. As promised, Indian pedestal design and British pedestal design are also added. Overall 12...

One of the applications mentioned in Okay, now what? is a blog. But just what is a blog? A blog (or Web log) is a simple but powerful publishing tool which enables you to easily share thoughts and opinions by providing commentary or news on a particular subject that no one else but you can change. Blogs tend to be temporal in nature -- similar to articles in a newspaper. A typical blog combines text, images, and sometimes links related to its topic...

Hi All, We encountered this with a few users though it would be a good share; In ProjectWise 08.11.xx we added support for reference set synchronization to use the xml. User is upgrading ProjectWise Explorer from 08.09.xx to 08.11.xx with master files checked out/copied out on that workstation. When the user upgrades with the master files checked out the xml file does not exist in the working directory (deleted state). When user opens the master file...
