How do I find out who our Account Manager is?

We have been in contact with regarding this.

For everyone else's information, some accounts are managed by a team (not an individual) and who handles your request depends on the brand you are inquiring about.

A team is all very well but please could you let me have a list of the team involved and there roles in my account so that i know who to contact. A central point of contact (account manager) worked a whole lot better as I knew exactly who to contact.

Well it's been a week since I emailed who I thought was my account manager with, so far, no response. Do you call this good customer service? I certainly don'y Perhaps someone at Bentley could chase him up. I shouldn't have to wait this long for a response.
