Service Ticket Reaction Time for Production down Issue

To whom it may concern,

If I start a Select Service Ticket with a "Production down Issue" tag. How long should I wait for a Bentley reaction?

Maybe someone at Bentley at may  jump in. My Ticket Numer: 7000167526

Any answer is much appreciated, Thanks
