Where can I find out if TR and CR's have been implemented?

Hello, Is there a place that I can go to find out if Trouble Reports and Change Requests have been implemented in the various Bentley products?

this information is usually in the delivered readme file.

Thanks, Tim. I'm looking for requests specific to the user. For example, I can track my Service Tickets by the user. A ST can be closed by saying that a TR has been filed. How do I know if that TR has been implemented? If not by user, can I look them up by TR or CR numbers?

We are thinking about ways to do something along those lines (it is part of a "big picture" landscape). Although we do not have any ETA for this (or know how it might be done), it is something that we are taking into consideration moving forward. For the time being, what you identify is the way to go.
