Used Home Use and MDL since '95 when CSP agreements came out.
Been a CAD admin and managed Home Use Select Users and Licenses, software.
Last two companies denied Select users download rights and often told people it didn't exist.
Yet both had Enterprise Learn subscriptions???
The last one just refuses access due to corporate IT policy.
This is disturbing trend with no logical reason except It not wanting people to know more than them.
