Hi Is Bentley going to provide any free CAD viewer software that also has markup/annotate features like AutoDesk Design Review? From what i gathered, Bentley View is free but it cannot markup/annotate CAD files, Bentley Navigator can markup/annotate CAD files but it's not free.
