. To be able to edit your project configuration file via the
Workspace > Configuration
dialog, use this keyin:

Please note two very important things about this keyin that both contribute as to why it's *not* documented:
1) Many administrators do not want this functionality exposed - for, what should be, obvious reasons.
2) Any
%ifdefs
will be wiped out if edit your project configuration file this way.
