Cratering a shape impeded by a Rule

I am trying to crate a shape to clip a Model but it cannot Transform this element It Has a Rule!

  • Select/Highlight the shape element and hover. A Contextual tool palette will appear. On the Contextual tool palette, navigate to the Rules (ruler icon), click and hold to access the Rules Tools. Select Lock - Deactivate Rules, Lock - Deactivate Referencing Rule or Remove Rules. This may make the element Transformable.
