Template Design - Add New End Condition Linear Target

I have a template with a ditch next to a ramp. I have a shoulder, followed by a 1:6 slope to the clearzone, and then the slope down to the ditch varies as the ramp goes up. I previously had my ditch bottom point targeting my ditch profile using and end condition as shown below.

I first started modeling this in SS2 using Corridor Modeler, so that linear target would have been added using Corridor Modeler. I think that PR_DITCH_B1 is somehow still stuck in the template because I converted it from SS2 and am now modeling in SS4. How do I add a new linear target in here now that I am using SS4?
