Is there an option to turn off automatic corridor processing? It takes a long time for the corridor to process after each change and I'd like to make several changes all at once and then batch process the changes.

Yes. From the Civil Tools, go to Corridor Modeling > Corridor Objects.
In the Corridor Objects dialog, at the top of the dialog click on the lock icon, to Unlock or deactivate the rule.
Once this is unlocked the corridor will not process. To make it process again turn the lock back on.
