After clipping my terrains for my different pavement shapes I apply the existing Pavement Surface template. However, when I go to edit the template to change the pavement thickness it tells me that the "Element in reference is not currently active." If I switch to the 3D model view, the error changes to "Element not valid for this tool." I am running the latest Microstation and FDOT SS4. Is there any fix for this issue?
