GEOPAK Crashed-Unrecognized Format (cross sections)

GEOPAK Crashed-Unrecognized Format

Error message=> [T:\Projects\...\roadway\rdxsrd01mid.dgn] is not in a recognized file format

The error when trying to get back into the file that crashed after trying to layout cross sections.

Is there a way to get this file opened again?

  • In the event that a file is corrupted after a crash (seems like this is your case) I create a new file and reference the “corrupt” file into it…then merge the line work from the “corrupt” file into the new.  It is the best way that I know to salvage any lost work.
