Search by Graduation Date, Degree and/or Major or Area of Specialty
There are several sections associated with this search form. The first section deals with the student graduation date, their degree, and major or area of specialty, and the type of job (full time / internship) they are interested in.
The top-most part of the Resume Center - Search page which focuses on the degree and job type desired.
The Graduation Date Range is used to narrow down the candidates to those who have indicated a graduation date falling between the month/year fields provided.
The Degree field is used to narrow down the candidates based on the degree they they are or have pursued.
The Major / Area of Speciality is a free form text field where the student enters their major.
TIP: Because this is a free text field keep your search words simple.
NOTE: If you are searching for both full employment and intern be sure to select the Both radio button under the "Type of Job"
Search by Region of Interest for Employment, Profession of Interest and/or Industry Segment
The middle section of the search page focuses on the interests of the student. They include a section where they identify the locales worldwide where they are seeking employment, their intended profession such as "Civil Engineer" and, finally, the specific industry segment(s) they have an interest in.
The student can pick several of these areas of interest. You can search on the same values for a match.
Note: The search process is an Or function so anyone that has checked a value that matches the ones you select will appear in the final list of students.
Search by Product Experience
The final section deals with the students experience with a broad range of Bentley products. The method for selecting the values is very straight forward. You select the level experience you are looking for on each product or leave it at None if you have no interest in one or more products.
The Product Experience section provides you insight into how much experience each student 'hit' in the list has.
Note: If a student has more experience than the level you select, they will appear in your list as well.
Searching for Students
Clicking the Search button initiates the search process. Upon completion you are presented with a list of potential candidates.
