I cannot post a new question on Bentley Communities pages.

I have logged into Bentley communities and would like to post a question within the Microstation group but do not see the "+New" option anywhere once I"m on the group's page.  I read on the help forum that this may be due to an issue related to our Bentley account.  Please help.
