Today MicroStation CEU4 was posted to the downloads page, but so far there hasn't been any announcement. In fact I can even find the announcement. pages that use to be on the MicroStation forum.
Have the announcement pages been removed. If yes, why? If not, could someone let me have a link.

I'm not sure why you had trouble accessing the forum but its still there, and an announcement was made for CEU4 update.

The forum is laid out with the main forum page and then sub pages, with both the announcement forum and the MicroStation forum (and language forums) all being sub forums to the header page.They are laid out like this:
Forum
MicroStation Announcement Forum
MicroStation Forum
MicroStation Launguage ForumEtcEtc
If you are in the MicroStation forum proper, then you have gone too far forward, so from within the MicroStation forum:
Use the dropdown (1) to bring up the option list, and select Forum (2) to take you back to the forum header page:
Once on the forum main page you can select the announcement forum.
