I have a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Auburn University. I spent several years in consulting before joining Haestad Methods in 1999. In my time with Haestad, I was involved in a wide variety of activities, including textbook development and teaching classes on software and engineering theory. After joining Bentley in 2004, I managed geospatial learning content in Bentley Institute. Following that, I was the Senior Technical Support Manager for the teams that support Water and Geospatial server-based products, and the Bentley Response Center (support for web logins, etc); and an Application Engineer, a Consultant, and Consulting Manager for OpenFlows. I'm currently Senior Product Manager for the OpenFlows desktop products.
