I began using AutoCAD in the early 80's prior to MicroStation being available on a PC. Once MicroStation became available I switched over to it and until recently never looked back. I was a designer for a large Engineering firm prior to joining The Florida Department of Transportation in 1998 as a CADD application Support Specialist. I continue to support MicroStation when needed but have been assigned to the Application Development side of the Engineering CADD Systems Office. I have developed many useful tools to be used in plans production and have also found himself developing applications for Civil 3d lately.
After work I can usually be found at the Elks Lodge working to make our community a better place to live.
The major difference between a thing that may go wrong and a thing that cannot possibly go wrong is that when a thing that cannot go wrong goes wrong it usually turns out to be impossible to get at or repair.
