I said that I'd try and post something about V8i SELECT Series 1. So here's something quickly.
You may have noticed a little icon in the top right hand corner of the Output Window (see Below)
This functionality is called 'Pinning', and allows you to temporarily minimise a dialogue. So when you click on the Pin icon, the Output Window disappears, and you get the text 'MX Output Window' in the bottom left hand corner of the Frame, (see below).
Now hold your cursor over this text, and the Output Window will now reappear. Move your cursor off, and it disappears again. Anything that runs through the output window, linemode code, reports etc is still written to it, when the Output Window is pinned. Have a play with it, it works well, and gives you extra display area. Any problems, you know where to get us.

You are still running the Pre SS1 V8i Build.
