We are having trouble sending restrictions on planned works notices details on forms

TMA-0093:Unable to send the notice:Error in XML (tma_generate_notice_xml.gen_notice_transaction-)no data found. could you please advise

  • Hi,

I've had a look into the error and found it can be seen for several reasons.

The most common cause is that the contact details declared on the phase are invalid. Please check the works promoter and contractor contact details are correct, particularly the postcodes which are optional but must be valid as per BS7666 standards if declared.

After reviewing the details if you still experience the error, please send me the following:

1 - a screenshot of the details shown on the TMA1000 works form

2 - details of any changes you make to the data on the TMA1000 form between querying the record and clicking send notice

3 - a screenshot of the TMA1001 noticing assistant form showing the details you enter prior to clicking issue notice and receiving the error

Please send the screenshots to lee.jackson@Bentley.com or attach them to a new forum post using the advanced reply editor.

    Thanks,

  • Hi,

I believe the same error has been raised by Gavin Hannaford on Service Request 7000215709. In Gavins example the error was seen when trying to send a restrictions notice.

On investigation we found that one of the default recipients for restriction notices (set via the Valid Notice Recipients form TMA2015) didn't have an EToN version set. Because the EToN version wasn't set, the application did not know what version of EToN the restriction notice had to be compliant with.

As all organisations should now be sending and receiving EToN 6 notices, and you are a MANAGEservices user, we have set the EToN version declared for organisation 7266 to EToN 6 for you.

Please could you try sending your notice again and confirm if the above has resolved your issue?

    Thanks,
