Problem

There are various issues that might occur with Budgets in Exor Maintenance Manager.

 

Usually these are:

• budget showing as over-committed
• the sum of the costs of the defects raised and completed over certain financial year against a certain budget does not match the numbers in the Budgets form for the same budget.

Solution

Most of the budget related issues of this type can be fixed by running budget recalculation script in your system.

 

If similar issues occur please make sure that ‘recalculate budgets‘ script is being run in your system regularly. Contact Bentley Support and let them know if the script has been run or if you need it to run.
