Building Configuration Variables to manage ProjectWise Integration Behavior

ProjectWise managed or semi managed workspace support for building applications was introduced in 08.11.07.xx (SELECTseries 1) and integrated with ProjectWise 08.11.07.xx (SELECTseries 1) and is not supported in previous version. Comments and ideas are welcomed.
