I hope some one may be help me to resolve this issue. It has happened from a few months ago, and I have used many ways to resolve it, but has no result yet. I sent it to some other members but it is still not fix yet.
Here's the proccess that I worked:
I have a *.gdb file in ArcSde with one the polygon feature "Phubemat".
1. I register features to Geospatial Connector administrator
2. Set area pattern for the feature "Phubemat" --> insert polygon metadata.. --> save --> notify
3. Then extract data from sde to dgn file use ProjectWise
Result: The extract failure? It happen with all user workspace when has any polygon feature be inserted area pattern...
(Note that: If I do not insert area pattern for any polygon feature, there is not any error)
