Error while importing elevation points in sewergems using Trex function

While importing dxf which contains levels are marked in z coordinate. I am getting error that  The data source file must contain at least three unclipped points in order to create an elevation map

    In order to help you out I will need to see your model files (.STSW and .STSW.MDB or .STSW.SQLITE) and the dxf file that you are using. There are two options for sharing your model files on Communities. If you would like the files to be visible to other members, compress the files into a zip file and upload them as an attachment using the ‘Advanced Reply editor’ before posting. If your data is confidential, you can follow the instructions in the link below to send it to us via Bentley Sharefile. Files uploaded to Sharefile can only be viewed by Bentley.
