Static pressure

Question

Good morning, 
 
 I was given a Fire-Flow Data sheet of a specific location on a public intersection with static, residual, and pilot pressure. I added residual pressure to that specific junction in my system, but I have not figured out how to add static pressure at this specific location.

What are you trying to do with this information? Design sprinkler system? Industrial processes?

It sounds as if you are designing a small land development attached to a larger system. 
 
Before you spend too much time on your system, you need to understand the large system into which you are connecting. Is your project just a small increment onto the large system that will not change much in the future? In that case the results of a hydrant flow test give you a good idea of the source conditions. 
 
If you are placing a large land development on the fringe of a weak system, you really need to investigate how your system will affect the source. If this is the case, I encourage you to talk with the engineers for the source system to find out how your project will impact their system and what they will do or expect you to do as a result. 
 
What you appear to have now is an indication of what the static HGL is and what it will be when a fire load is placed on it for today's conditions. You need to decide if this is representative of future conditions.
