I'm having trouble understanding what you're asking. Could you explain in a bit more detail? When you say "put the flow before to calculate", are you asking about how to estimate demands to place on your junctions?

First, I want to generate a bill of materials that describes all materials that are part of the hydraulic network. Example: in a node, I would like to describe the curves, TE ..... containing the DN (diameters) ....

Where do you want to "introduce" the flow? Are you talking about adding a new demand like a fire flow or are you meaning that you want to add an inflow like a well? In either case, you pick the node, select Demand Collection and, in that dialog, add an outflow as a positive number and an inflow as a negative number.
