Hi guys
I'm having diffulty network tracing upstream. I receive the following message:
Error Executing query
"No valid link or no acive link is connected to the pump. Try running Initially Isolated Elements network tracing to find and connect isolated elements."
I have checked for Isolated elements and there are none in my model.
Does anyone have a solution to fix this problem?

Hello Craig,
I tested a sample model and did not see an issue with this. It's possible that this may be model-specific. However, you can also check to see if the pipes connected to the pumps are virtual pipes. It tested this as well without seeing an issue, but perhaps that is impacting the results on your model.
If that doesn't help, we will need to see a copy of the model. There are two options for sharing your model files on BE Communities. If you would like the files to be visible to other members, compress the files into a zip file and upload them as an attachment using the ‘Advanced Reply editor’ before posting. If your data is confidential, you can follow the instructions in the link below to send it to us via Bentley Sharefile. Files uploaded to Sharefile can only be viewed by Bentley.
