Can a Pump be Closed or Open? In ‘results (Misc.)’ in Properties Grid of a Pump, you can see Closed & Open for a Pump. I think it must be Off & On in return for. What do you think?

If the pump if off at a time step, the "Is Closed?" will be True. If you really want to check if the pump is on or off, it is best to check the status of a pump.
The "Is Closed?" or "Is Open?" could be used for controls or a query if you wanted to based it on the True or False rather than the Off or On.
