How do we determine the system response time to a fire flow (i.e. how long does it take from the opening of the hydrant for the low pressure to get back to the reservoir, the fire pump to start, and the higher flow get back to the hydrant)? Would an extended analysis, with the demand at the nodes set constant at the maximum day value, and a fire flow started at say 4 hours into the simulation be able to provide this information?
