Shared Flextables on a network

Question

I have created custom shared flextables that I need available to a network drive. 
 Is there any sort of global setting to allow users to access these tables without storing them in the location: C:\users\(user name)\ appdata\local\Bentley\stormcad\8 ? 
 The end goal is that anyone with stormcad could open a new project and the custom tables would be available.

Hello, 
 
A copy of the shared FlexTable can be stored on a network drive, the user will need to copy that to the appropriate folder on their workstation to have access to it. Once it is on the local computer, it will be available for all future projects.
