I originally setup a big outfall for some preliminary analysis in AutoCAD C3D 2014 and exported a Land XML file and then imported that into StormCAD to make my model. My model has all of my alternatives, scenarios, etc. setup and the model seems to be working fine for the preliminary analysis.
Now I need to update my model to match the revisions in C3D. I tried to export and new XML and bring it into StormCAD but when I did that created a new file. I really just want to revise my current StormCAD file for the changes and not have to go back and set everything up again to run it. Is there a way to do this without drawing over a dxf and manually updating everything?
Thanks in advance for any help with this integration.

James, I don't know of a way to do this directly with a Land XML file, but if you can convert the land xml file into a DXF, shapefile, excel spreadsheet, or another format that our Modelbuilder tool can utilize then you can definitely update your model quickly and easily. The key information that you'd need to have in the file that you create is the label information (key field) that you're going to use in step 5, which is the field mapping step of modelbuilder, along with the other field that have the information you're updating your model with. The process for updating a model using modelbuilder can be found in the wiki link below: communities.bentley.com/.../2674.updating-a-model-using-model-builder-tn Regards, Mark
