Sid images are supported as background layers according to Help, but there is no sid option when you try to add a new file (standalone). What am I missing?

This post also states this is available in standalone. Help doesn't specify standalone or ArcGIS mode.

If you search for "MrSid" on our wiki, you'll find this article:
MrSid files are not available as a background layer type
Basically MrSid files are currently only supported in the 32-bit version of WaterGEMS.
I've amended the other wiki article to clarify this and link to the above article.
