Scenario Comparison compares two scenarios with each other. But nothing compares two alternatives. If you have several differences between two scenarios, you must look at each marked alternatives to find the differences and the software can not do it automatically. Is it any reason the product has not ‘Alternatives Comparison’?

The scenario comparison tool also compares the alternative.
You can see the differences in the alternatives, which are different for different scenarios.
Right click on the alternative which is different for the different scenarios and click compare. This should list out the differences between the alternatives.
