Hi,
I have started the Watergems for AutoCAD with the desktop shortcut.
Initially, the Watergems toolbars did not load.
I have loaded them with the "ciuload" command and the toolbars did appear ("customization file loaded successfully" WATERGEMS V8i)
When I click on the commands however, it gives a"unknown command" and is basically unresponsive.
There are two .cuix files I could find.
The one is WTRG200.cuix and the other WTRG200.cuix. not sure which one to use. I presume they are both SS6 since that is the latest version installed.
Can you please take me through the steps to get it working for Autocad (2016).

I recommend taking a look at the following article.
Hydraulic and Hydrology program will not integrate with AutoCAD
As that article states, first confirm you are using compatible versions of AutoCAD and WaterGEMS. Then run the integration tool.
