SUDA Scenario Failed to Compute

Question

Can someone help me interpret this very useful message? The SUDA file is attached. I have reviewed every property I think and the network is only 4 nodes and three pipes. Of the half dozen or so other posts asking about this message the answers were pretty vague and none of the suggestions solved the problem encountered here.

I've opened your DGN in StormCAD Standalone and can reproduce the problem. It is a known issue related to the combination of the 3D length option and a headwall node as an outfall. I have opened Service Request #7000604541 and linked it to existing Defect # 624509. This issue should be resolved in a future release. 
 
As a workaround, please either disable the "use 3D length" option or change the end node to an outfall. See related wiki article:
