Is it possible add new lable or remove available lable in profile shown in SewerGemes V8?

If you are using the standard profile, there is really no way of adjusting what it there. However, the engineering profile has some additional functionality. To open the profile as an engineering profile, right-click on the profile name in the Profile manager and select "View Engineering Profile".
On the left is a section called "Profile Annotations". This will allow you to add and remove labeling for various elements. You can even set up a default appearance for the engineering profile. You can use the steps in the following TechNote to do this:
