Is there is possible method to get and integrate a satellite map for certain area to be used as a real model This is avalible in EPANET , as the user enters coordinates for a certain location in the globe then EPANet automatically directs the point to the location imageI have tried to download exported maps but they don't work as requiredI checked earlier some threads related to this subject, but non considered how and where to get maps. Some provided personal experience in obtaining Google maps but they were not professional nor detailed and you can't zoom in to get a more detailed image. Thanks in advance.
Yes - it's certainly possible to do that. And WaterGEMS supports more file formats than EPANET, plus it gives you the option to attach more than one background layer.
Did you see the video I created in a previous post showing how to take an image from Google Earth? You can basically apply the same steps to display any aerial photo - you just need to know the co-ordinates of the corner points: communities.bentley.com/.../95268.aspx
If you have Google Earth Professional you can export the images to a higher resolution that if you have the free version of Google Earth. Otherwise, depending on where you are located, you can often find good free sources of information. For example this USGS site has some good images of the United States: http://earthexplorer.usgs.gov/

I mean it's not a just a background image I am seeking,
I saw your video, and the images obtained are Not much detailed -the more you zoom in Google maps a more detailed map appear-.
Is it possible to integrate Google maps - the program - or ArcGIS to work with Water GEMS/CAD side by side?
WaterGEMS already works within ArcMap provided you have compatible versions for the integration. WaterGEMS also works within the AutoCAD and Microstation environments and WaterCAD can work within the AutoCAD and Microstation environments as well.
The following wiki link list some of the similarities and differences between WaterCAD and WaterGEMS.

I hope that helps to clear things up and answer your question.

OK good
but what do you mean by compatible versions of WaterGEMS?
Only certain versions of WaterGEMS are compatible for integration with certain versions of ArcMap. You can have a look here for list of compatibility.
