I am looking for translated versions of Term license Fact sheet.pdf 
 There seemed to be something here but now Bentley FTP server is closed and it is not available. I would like to have Russian and German versions of this document.

Localized versions of the fact sheet are currently available in the following 10 languages: 
 
 Chinese (Simplified) 
 Czech 
 French 
 German 
 Italian 
 Japanese 
 Korean 
 Polish 
 Portuguese (Brazilian) 
 Spanish 
 
 To access localized versions, please perform the following steps: 
 
 Open the Enterprise Portal . 
 Click the Product Usage Report tile in the Support Service & Administration Resources section. 
 Click the "How do we count usage?" link in the upper right corner. Note that the website uses your browser language settings to determine what document to display. 
 
 Note that Russian is not one of the languages available, but German is.
