STAAD.Pro V8i SS6 is still on demo mode

I have downloaded STAAD.Pro V8i SS6 with putting the information needed for activation ,however the program is still in trial mode. Is there any solution to this problem.

  • I have confirmed that your site has STAAD.Pro licenses. Please open STAAD.Pro, and click the License Management link on the left sidebar to open the License Management Tool. Then select Options from the Tools menu, and verify your license settings by clicking the Test Connection button. If configured correctly, you should receive a message that the server and activation key have been verified. Otherwise, double-check your license settings. The following activation troubleshooting steps may help.

    After dismissing the Options dialog, please select the STAAD.Pro license on the Activation Status tab, and click the Activate button in the lower right corner. If the status does not change to Activated, select the license, and tell us the message displayed in the Status Description field at the bottom. This will explain why the license is failing to activate.
