we are licensed on none select mode -our integration service bombs out every 4 hours -with this message "Server: SELECTserver has not been contacted for 30 days. ProjectWise Integration Server is now running with a 4 hour evaluation

we have registered our non select mode correctly and have been using it from Sept last year successfully. the only difference is that we have uninstalled SelectServer a while back. we have tried re-installing the selectserver but asks for a code and will not accept any that we have.

  • Please open the License Management Tool on your server, and select Options from the Tools menu. At the bottom, note whether license settings are stored for the current user only or for all users on the machine (see screenshot below). If license settings are stored for the current user only, then your ProjectWise licenses are applying to this user account alone which will pose a problem if your ProjectWise services are running as a different user such as the local system user.

    If the license settings are stored for the current user only, please check in the ProjectWise licenses. Then explicitly run the License Management Tool as an administrator, and note in the Options dialog whether license settings are now being stored for all users of the machine. If so, check out the ProjectWise licenses again.
