QuickStart for Mapping Designers Using MicroStation Learning Path

Today we announce the availability of a new learning path for users of MicroStation. This complimentary learning is built from the ground up for Mapping Designers and teaches the most common workflows to generate Mapping Data in MicroStation.

Do you have a need to create land base maps from a variety of sources? This Learning Path contains courses to teach Mapping Designers how to create, then edit and integrate existing data, in the form of drawings and digital maps.

In about 4 hours, a new user can quickly get started and reach a basic level of mastery.

In 5 short courses you will learn:

• Creating a new drawing and linking external geographic information.
• Attaching Shape files into the drawing and change their presentation.
• Creating the plot layout of your drawing.
• Making drawing and geometry updates.
• Reviewing and Printing your final plot.   

You can complete your QuickStart learning in one of three ways that match your learning preference. You can register for a live class in the virtual classroom. You can complete the on-demand learning.
