Cells and selecting cell libraries causes temporary freezing in MS Connect

Are your cell library files stored on a local drive or on a network server?

1. Are those valid locations?
   1. One folder is 'cell', the other 'cells' (with an 's')
   2. You can verify a configuration variable using our freeware Configuration Verifier

2. Are those on the same server?
3. Are there any network performance issues?

I tried attaching roadsigns.cel from Bentleys default location and it froze also. In fact it is frozen while I am writing this.
Just switching cells within the Cell library will cause the freeze within Connect too! I have also had this issue attaching my own cell libraries from our network server.

Just moving Up or Down in the listing using the scroll bar on the side causes the freeze (approx 1 min and 15 sec to select a cell)

roadsigns.cel is a delivered cell library with the software. I have attached it. No Modifications

It was located here: C:\Program Files\Bentley\MicroStation CONNECT Edition\MicroStation\Default\Cell

And as I said it happened with other cell libraries I have.
