Anyone have this problem? I reinstalled the product, and re-licensed it, to no avail. It's a total roadblock. Other Bentley products seem to work though. Screenshot below:

I created the "Windows System Information File"... no problems with that. But by hell I can't find the "ExceptionsHistory" folder where the Exception logs and minidumps are supposed to be stored. I assume this auto-generates after the environment variables are changed and all the rest of it, and after running microstation... ... but it isn't happening. I didn't say either... that MicroStation crashes within about 2 or 3 seconds of me starting it. I've just submitted the support request anyway. I've searched the net about where to find the folder, looked manually, etc. No use.
I submitted the support request. The problem was not the graphics card or anything related. It was my antivirus (BitDefender) blocking microstation from running. On a separate note... I still can't find the ExceptionHistory folder, not even in the filepath you gave me. But I suppose it doesn't matter now.
