On the surface this seems to point to a driver issue with the printers however, users can print to this machine using other programs just not with Microstation therefore it brings me back to current system printer configuration files used in the software to date which now appears that are no longer compatible with the new printer drivers.  Has anyone run into this?  Are there newer plt files that I can get and test which may prevent this issue from happening?  One further note, we also have a Ricoh Aficio MP 9000 PCL6 which we have no issues with printing using the same configuration file.  The 9000 is black, the 7501 is colour.

 

Thanks everyone for your help with this we miss our colour printer and the only way we've been able to use it is to create pdf's then send those to the printer...gets old very fast!
