Please see below image. It is sample for architectural. When you select wall menu, all level and attribute is changed automatically. To use this Task menu for your discipline. Please follow below guide. It will help to match with standard draft.

Open this folder, select one of needed file from sub folder.

1. K:\TSWSV8i\PW_WorkSpace\MENU

Open your folder
1. For Win 7 user: C:\ProgramData\Bentley\MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries)\WorkSpace\Interfaces\MicroStation\default
2. For XP Users: go to -> C:\documents settings -> all users -> application -> same with above folder from Bentley.

Copy selected file and restart microstation. You will see a kind of above menu.
