Element Highlight

Good afternoon

I have a user that wants to turn of the element highlight feature when you pass across elements. He feels it is distracting and that he remembers that you could do this in earlier versions of MicroStation. I have been around sense 4.something and I don't remember seeing this feature but I don't think I looked for it either. I cannot see a setting or preference to do this, the closest I can come is to set the highlight color to 0,0,0. This still highlights the element but the color does not change.
