Updated to support panoramas, layer visibility toggles, layer compositing is multithreaded for improved performance. Added key-in "effectsmgr showdialog" so you can now load and fire up the application dialog the PDF document has been updated to reflect new functionality.
Fixed now processes lights in groups when all the lights are in reference files.
If constructions are off area lights geometry is not displayed.
