Problem
Packager and high security mode
When opening MicroStation using high security mode the Packager tool item in the Utilities menu has been greyed out.
Why?
Solution
The capabilities of the Packager tool is that it exports all the files from a given workspace.
This is not seen as very secure at all and thus has been disabled rather than try to impose security and export privileges on a file by file basis within the packaged workspace.
If that were the case the package files that were created would be incomplete as they may be missing key parts of the workspace.
