Problem

Request for the text style to be created automatically during the import when importing .LIN custom linestyles that use a text style
within the definition.

Solution

Set the following capabilities:

CAPABILITY_LINESTYLE_CREATE_STDTXT, (enabled by default)
Allows the creation of text style Standard.
When importing linestyles from a .LIN file, if the "standard" linestyle
is needed, it will be created.

CAPAB ILITY_LINESTYLE_CREATE_TEXTSTYLE, (disabled by default)
Allows the creation of a text style of any name.
When importing line styles, if a named text style is needed, it will be
created.

Note:
-During the import process, the DWG seed file (not the transeed) will be
searched for a text style with the correct name, then use it in the
current file as the text style definition. If a matching text style
name is not found, it will create one using fairly common text style
settings.

-When the text style is created this way, the style created for
"Standard" will most likely be correct. However other styles created
this way will most likely not be correct.
