Problem
DDE/OLE - Unable to adjust the aspect ratio of an embedded object.

Solution
This is a Windows 2000 issue. Test on Windows XP and it is formatted
properly. The following information can be used when running Windows
2000:
MS_OLECNTR_CONFIG_ALLOWEMF
If you set the value to 0, MicroStation will read it as a Windows Metafile
If you set the value to 1, MicroStation will read it as a Enhanced Metafile
This variable needs to be set because MicroStation can't decipher
between these two clipboard formats. A guide is that Excel 2002 of the
Office XP suite produces complete large spread sheets in the "Enhances
Metafile" format. Prior versions of Microsoft Office and WordPerfect
Office 2002 produce "Windows Metafile" data.
