The Variable "MS_OLECNTR_CONFIG_USEINT ERCHARACTERSPACING " is no longer needed when using MicroStation V8 & Above.

Solution
This variable was designed for MicroStation V7. This became a non-issue MicroStation V8 unless the variable MS_OLECNTR_CONFIG_ALLOWEMF, is set. By setting this variable it may cause the characters to be pressed together.
